The latest travel regulations in Quzhou

Outbound policy in Quzhou, Zhejiang:

1. Travel is strictly restricted for people in medium- and high-risk areas and the counties (cities, districts) where they are located.

2. People from other counties (cities, districts) where medium- and high-risk areas are located should not travel unless necessary. Those who really need to travel must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

3. Personnel in high-risk positions should avoid traveling as much as possible. Those who really need to travel must be away from work for more than 14 days and have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to their unit.

(The above travel requirements are for inter-provincial movement. After adjustments to medium- and high-risk areas, the corresponding travel policies will be lifted.)

Zhejiang Quzhou entry policy:

( 1) The health management measures of “7 days of centralized isolation medical observation + 3 days of home health observation” will be implemented for people entering and returning to Qingdao.

(2) Implement 7-day centralized isolation medical observation for people in high-risk areas of the domestic epidemic.

(3) Implement 7 days of home isolation and medical observation for people in areas at risk of the domestic epidemic.

(5) If there is a positive infection in society outside the province, but the medium and high-risk areas have not yet been designated, after expert judgment, the place of residence, activities, and work of the positive infection will be temporarily etc. shall be managed with reference to high-risk areas; the towns (streets) where positive infections are located shall be managed with reference to medium-risk areas; and the counties (cities, districts) where positive infections are located shall be managed with reference to low-risk areas. Timely adjustments will be made after the local government demarcates and announces medium- and high-risk areas.

(6) For those returning to Zhejiang from areas under full-scale closed management or static management due to the epidemic outbreak, health management measures during their stay in Zhejiang will be determined with reference to local control policies. Among them: those who are required to stay at home from areas under full-scale closed management and static management areas will be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine medical observation based on the high-risk areas; those who are required to stay at home from areas under full-scale closed management and static management areas will be subject to 7-day centralized quarantine medical observation. Personnel from Zhejiang will be subject to 7-day home quarantine and medical observation based on those in medium-risk areas.
