Category I items: materials, clothing, shoes and hats, handicrafts and other daily necessities with a value of less than 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan (including 65,438 yuan+0,000 yuan). A reasonable amount for personal use is tax-free, and articles with a value above 800 yuan 1 yuan and below kloc-0/yuan are restricted articles.
Category II articles: tobacco products and alcoholic beverages.
(1) 200 duty-free cigarettes, 50 cigars or 250g cut tobacco for Hong Kong and Macao residents and mainland residents travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao for personal reasons; 12 degree duty-free alcoholic beverage limit 1 bottle (below 0.75 liter).
(2) Other passengers, 400 duty-free cigarettes, or cigars 100, or 500 grams of cut tobacco; /kloc-2 bottles of duty-free alcoholic beverages above 0/2 degree are limited (1.5 liter or less).
Category III articles: daily necessities with a value of RMB 65,438+0,000 yuan but less than RMB 5,000 yuan (inclusive).
(1) Overseas diplomats, students studying in China, visiting scholars, laborers working abroad, and foreign aid workers (including the time for international students and visiting scholars to check and release articles in China from the date of admission to the date of graduation) are exempt from tax every 180 days, of which 1 day.
(2) Other passengers can choose item 1 for taxation when they enter the country every calendar year.

Article 6
Non-resident passengers of China nationality who are allowed to enter the country and settle down should bring their own articles and means of transportation that they have owned and used abroad into the country, and submit a one-time application to the competent customs of the place of settlement with the settlement certificate issued by the relevant competent department of People's Republic of China (PRC) within three months after being allowed to enter the country and settle down.
