Five freshwater lakes in Inner Mongolia: Hulun Lake, Dalinuoer Lake, Wuliangsuhai Lake, Daihai Lake and Huangqihai Lake.

1. Hulun Lake: Hulun Lake is the largest lake in Inner Mongolia, the third largest freshwater lake in China, the fifth largest freshwater lake in China, the largest lake in Northeast China and the sister lake with Bell Lake.

2. Darinol Lake: located in Hexigten Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, with plateau topography, weathered basalt or granite, it is a low-concentration salt lake.

Wuliangsuhai: It is one of the eight freshwater lakes in China, with a total area of about 300 square kilometers. There used to be a dense red willow forest here. In 2002, it was officially listed in the list of internationally important wetlands by the International Convention on Wetlands, and it is an important reed producing area in Inner Mongolia.

4. Daihai: a typical inland freshwater lake, one of the four famous aquatic products bases in the whole region. Its water source consists of more than 20 surrounding rivers and middle-level groundwater. Daihai is a famous scenic spot with convenient transportation and superior geographical position.

5. Huangqihai: It is an irregular triangle, about 20km long from east to west and 69km wide from north to south, with a lake area of about 1 10 square kilometer. The average water depth 10 meter, the deepest is about 35 meters, and the exposed amount is more than 500 million cubic meters.
