(4) Being subjected to criminal punishment for obstructing the management of national (border) territory or being repatriated by other countries or regions for illegal exit, illegal residence or illegal employment, and not allowed to leave the country before the prescribed period of time;

(5) It may endanger national security and interests, and the relevant authorities in the State Council decide not to leave the country;

(6) Other circumstances in which it is prohibited to leave the country according to laws and administrative regulations.
