What are the restrictions on the opening of tourist buses with foreign licenses in Beijing?

1. Non-local passenger cars (including vehicles with temporary licenses) that need to enter the roads within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive) must apply for Beijing Pass (Beijing Bus Pass and Beijing Urban Pass).

2. Non-local minibuses with Beijing Pass are prohibited from driving on the roads within the Fifth Ring Road (including) from 7: 00 to 9: 00 and 17: 00 to 20: 00 on weekdays.

Non-local passenger cars entering Beijing should abide by the above provisions at the same time, working days.

From 9: 00 to 17: 00, according to the provisions of the Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on Implementing Traffic Management Measures for Regional Traffic Restrictions during Working Hours, the traffic management measures for regional traffic restrictions during working hours shall be implemented according to the tail number of the license plate, and the road within the Fifth Ring Road (inclusive) shall be restricted. 3. The following non-local passenger cars entering Beijing are not subject to the above restrictions:

(a) Troops, armed police and special vehicles such as police cars and ambulances.

(2) Inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and inter-provincial tourist buses with road transport certificates.

Traffic management measures for other vehicles outside the city are still implemented according to the original provisions.
