Definition of order taking effect: After the product is booked successfully, the order confirmed by Ctrip takes effect when the payable expenses confirmed by Ctrip are paid on schedule or the economic guarantee recognized by Ctrip is provided, which has legal effect.

If the relevant expenses are not paid in time as required, Ctrip will not be responsible for any change in the price, content or standard of the products booked by Ctrip at this time.

After the order comes into effect, you should leave or stay in the hotel on time according to the time or deadline agreed in the order. If you don't leave the hotel on time or stay in the hotel on time, it will be deemed as voluntary termination, and Ctrip can claim compensation according to Article 2 of this notice.

Provide passenger information: To ensure a smooth boarding, please call 72 hours before the departure time to provide correct passenger information (including certificate type, certificate number, certificate validity period, date of birth, gender and nationality). And please pay attention to the validity of the documents you hold in order to travel smoothly.

Article 2 Take the initiative to cancel the effective order

After the order takes effect, if you want to cancel the effective order voluntarily, you must inform Ctrip to cancel the reservation before the trip of tourism and holiday products begins, including giving up all the contents of the whole order, reducing the number of people traveling, reducing the number of accommodation rooms or days, and at the same time, you must bear other necessary expenses that Ctrip has paid for processing the order:

1. Cancel the visa after delivery (usually the visa will be delivered on the next working day after receiving the required materials), and charge the full visa fee.

2. If the number of rooms reserved for tourism and holiday products is less than 4 (including 4), it will be cancelled more than 7 working days before the travel of tourism and holiday products (during the Spring Festival, National Day, Labor Day, New Year's Day, Christmas or other major national or local festivals (Christmas: 65438+February 24th-65438+February 25th; The specific time period of other festivals is subject to the holiday date announced before the National Day, except the following similar ones), and 10% of the total cost of all tourism and holiday products is charged. If the business loss is less than that in 50 yuan, it will be charged in 50 yuan.

3. If the number of rooms reserved for travel and holiday products is less than 4 (including 4), and the travel and holiday products are cancelled 7 working days (including 7 working days) or above before the start of the trip, or after the date specially limited by Ctrip (except during the Spring Festival, National Day, Labor Day, New Year's Day, Christmas or other major local festivals), 80% of the total cost of all travel and holiday products will be charged. If the business loss is less than that in 50 yuan, it will be charged in 50 yuan.

4. If the number of rooms reserved for tourism and holiday products is less than 4 (including 4), it will be cancelled within 3 working days (including 3 working days) before the travel of tourism and holiday products, and 100% of the total cost of all tourism and holiday products will be charged.

5. If the number of rooms reserved for tourism and holiday products exceeds 5 (including 5), and the cancellation is notified during the period from the effective date of the order to 7 working days before the trip of tourism and holiday products, a penalty of 80% of the total order amount will be charged; if the cancellation is notified within 7 working days, a penalty of 100% of the total order amount will be charged. In case of partial cancellation, the remaining order amount after cancellation shall not be less than 80% of the original order amount, and the liquidated damages shall still be paid according to Article 6 1-4 of the Instructions for Cancellation.

6. If part or all of the booked products stay at the destination during the Spring Festival, National Day, Labor Day, New Year's Day, Christmas or other major local festivals, in view of the special situation of resources, if such effective orders are cancelled, Ctrip shall be paid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of all tourism and holiday products.

7. Booking a combined flight with free travel, go on road trip or products with hotel cancellation restrictions (see the product reservation page for details), if the number of rooms is less than 4 (including 4), the actual losses caused by the cancellation of the order shall be fully borne.

8. If it is decided to cancel the trip after the visa is issued, Ctrip has the right to cancel the visa, because the visa contains Ctrip's funds and credit guarantee.

9. Due to the particularity of some products, the deduction clauses of tourists' termination of contracts may change. In case of conflict with the master agreement, the "reservation restriction" in the product shall prevail.
