I think individuals can go directly to Taiwan Province Province. Mainland residents can apply online for electronic travel to and from Taiwan Province through travel agencies and airlines, or enter or leave the country with group tourist visas. To apply for an electronic pass to and from Taiwan, you must meet the following conditions:

1, citizens with China nationality over 20 years old;

2. Provide one of the financial certificates such as real estate, deposit or credit card limit;

3. Students above18 do not need to provide proof of financial resources.
