The total planned area of Sanya Binglang River 5A Rural Tourism Resort is about 9 square kilometers, including Binglang River and its surrounding 15 villages. The project will be built by stages, with a planned total investment of 6,543.85 billion yuan and a construction period of 6 years. The main construction projects include Binglang River farmhouse tourist town, facility agricultural area, intangible cultural heritage base, Dong Li Cultural Paradise and Phoenix Valley Health Center. Among them, the main projects to be completed in the second half of 2008 include the renovation of farmhouse music, fishery, the first phase of the Spring and Autumn National Museum in Lidong and the listing of the intangible cultural heritage base. The project highlights "cultural characteristics", "ecological characteristics" and "three rural characteristics", and will take the night of the Binglang River as a selling point to form a rural tourist area with rural pastoral landscape as the core, and build a compound resort with leisure as the mainstay and sightseeing as the supplement. In the future, tourists can enter the farmhouse, eat farmhouse meals, sleep in farmhouse beds, see intangible cultural heritage in tourist areas and enjoy the beautiful night view of the Binglang River.
