Longgudian Bridge is located in Longgudian, Heijing Town, Lufeng County, Yunnan Province. It was built in the 1970s and has a total length of 1,382 meters. The bridge winds in the Longchuan River Grand Canyon and is the longest span on the Chengdu-Kunming Railway. The bridge is also a railway bridge that has been guarded by armed police officers and soldiers for more than 30 years.

Heijing Town is located on the bank of Longchuan River 92 kilometers northwest of Lufeng County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is 200 kilometers away from Kunming and 75 kilometers away from Chuxiong. The Chengdu-Kunming Railway and Longchuan River run through the entire territory.
