You can't. Article 57 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Administrative Punishment stipulates that it is illegal to set up stalls without permission. Therefore, stalls are not allowed outside the Nanshan Scenic Area in Zhenjiang. Zhenjiang Nanshan Scenic Area is located in Nanshan Town, Dantu District, Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, China, about 10 km from the city center. It is a tourist attraction with natural landscape, including Nanshan, Baomo Garden, Dahu, Jiuqu Bridge, Jinshan Temple, Ruyi Cave and many other scenic spots.
