Day1

Arriving at Flower and Bird Island at 14:00, the volunteer guy from Wuma Inn took us to the room. Here I would like to praise the volunteer brother. He is the same age as us, very warm and considerate, and is a real private tour guide. Thanks to him, our trip was super smooth and unforgettable!

At 15:00, I went downstairs and ordered a bowl of seafood noodles and started taking pictures along the road. If I'm healthy, I can watch the sunset along Lighthouse Road. However, we didn’t go up the mountain on the first day. As soon as the store manager pointed in the direction, we were frightened! It takes 2 hours to walk on foot. If you have good physical strength, you can consider it!

Go to the beach at 18:00 to see the legendary fluorescent sea. It's a pity that we didn't see it because it rained two days ago and it was still cold. The best viewing months are from May to July. We were so angry that the fluorescent sea appeared the night we left~

At 9:30, the inn will organize all passengers to go downstairs to watch movies or other small activities, such as board games like Kill the Werewolf. You can order a cocktail and chat with each other. It’s super comfortable. The pace of life on the island is very slow and Buddhist. You can also lie on the platform, wrap a blanket, listen to the waves and watch the stars in the sky. The first day has passed like this ~

Day2

At 8:30, passengers will come down one after another to have breakfast, and they will be in a good mood all day long. Here, they also praise the Sichuan chef, who is a tough guy, and who begs for an omelette and says no. So, they served it with love and yolk eggs and cut them for us. It’s really super warm~

At 9:30, the boss organizes tourists who want to climb the mountain to climb the mountain together. I regretted it after I went. It was really a dirt mountain with no steps. I have poor physical fitness and poor technical agility. I climb mountains with my hands and feet like a rock climber. My boss always supported me cautiously and advised me to buy travel insurance as soon as possible. Ha ha ha ha! Fortunately, the boss was chatting and laughing all the way to distract me, otherwise I would have to go up and down because I am afraid of heights! Of course, it’s super beautiful to see natural landscapes such as Buddha’s Hand Stone, Sitting Stone, and Wild Goat, and overlook the Zhoushan Islands from the mountain!

12:00 Future Messenger’s Lunch

At 14:00, I caught the car to the lighthouse. There is only one bus per day. Those who don't want to leave must wait at the main street door at 2 o'clock on time. There are many cows grazing on the roadside, and many fortresses from the liberation period are blocking the entrance to the cave dwellings. This is also an important border defense fortress, and the People's Liberation Army is stationed here all year round. Then we waited silently for the sunset at the lighthouse, killing time with two other tourists from Shanghai~

At eight o'clock, the sun set. Qiumei and I were at the lighthouse at that time. The store manager was very thoughtful. Seeing that it was getting late, he sent a volunteer guy riding an electric donkey to pick us up. He reminded us in particular that except for government buses and trucks, there are no private cars or bicycles on the island. My brother took us to Lighthouse Village, which has a long history and is really isolated from the world. Then he took us to an excellent viewing platform and sat directly on the edge of the cliff. Watching the sun go down little by little, the sea was misty and blue, connected with the sky. I don’t know whether the ship in the distance is on the sea or in the sky. The sea and sky are the same, really beautiful. The little brother kept taking pictures for us, and the service was really good!

At 20:00 that day, the owners of B&Bs in Taiwan will hold an exchange meeting. Fortunately, I heard about the past life of Wuma Inn. Its name means that the most suitable walking speed for a person's life is 5 yards. I also met the owner of Flower and Bird Island, Fried Chicken is friendly to the people, and invited them to play billiards together. His technique is quite good! Of course, you can also choose to watch the fluorescent sea and night horoscopes, and you can make flexible arrangements~

Day3

At 4:30, the volunteer guy will accompany us to watch the sunrise. As a result, it was cloudy and foggy, so we didn’t see it

We packed our bags and checked out at 1 o’clock, then went to Squid Couple for lunch.

At 13:00, I said goodbye to my new friends, wrote a wish card and hung it on the tree. My wish is to save money and buy an island! Very pragmatic. Hahahahaha.

Go to the pier at 14:00 to buy a return ticket. I paid special attention and found that there were only bus and boat tickets for 15:30 and 18:00. We ran back to Li Zhushan's dock and hurriedly boarded the boat. We really did the 800-meter sprint!

Return to Shanghai at 18:30 ~ end of journey.

About the cost

Qiu Mei and I spent less than 3k per ***. Because the island has not yet been commercially developed, there is basically not much place for consumption. Among them, two nights for five yards: 1728 yuan, bus ticket: 282 yuan (going) and 188 yuan (return), round-trip ticket to Flower and Bird Island: 120 yuan, meal cost: 450 yuan, for reference only.
