The history and culture of Wulian Town

Wulian Town is an ancient historical and cultural town with many cultural relics and rich tourism resources. This is the hometown of Wei Zheng, the Xianxiang of the Tang Dynasty. There are existing Wei Gong Temple, the "Ink Washing Pond" ruins of Guanyin Rock in Fenghuang Mountain where Wei Zheng studied hard as a young man, and the "Wei Zheng Cultural Garden" - Dongshan Temple. There is the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units - Jueyuan Temple. The Ming Dynasty Buddhist biography murals in the temple are the earliest "Buddha Biography" murals in the world that were created in the form of comic strips. They are famous for their unique style and are known as "The Legend of Buddha". "World Orphan" is also regarded as an encyclopedia of the politics, economy, culture, and history of the Ming Dynasty. There are countless places of interest such as the cultural relics of the Three Kingdoms "Wuhou Slope", the Cuiyun Corridor of Wugong Bridge, the cliff statues of the 13th year of Zhenguan in the Hengliangzi Temple, and the ancient buildings of the Sanhuang Temple in Laojie.
