Train classification

Trains are divided into express passenger trains, fast passenger trains, ordinary passenger trains, temporary passenger trains and temporary tourist trains.

1. Express passenger train: The full name of express train is special express passenger train, and the train number is now prefixed with the letter T.

2. Express passenger trains: Express passenger trains appeared after China’s first large-scale railway speed increase. Most of the passenger carriages are red 25G cars, also known as “red trains”.

3. Ordinary passenger trains: Ordinary passenger trains are ordinary passenger trains, and there are two types: through and in-tube. At the end of 2014, the China Railway Corporation renovated it and improved the interior, basically making it a motor vehicle.

4. Temporary passenger trains: The train numbers usually start with the first letter L of the Chinese pinyin of "Lin". Some Linke trains also start with fixed train numbers such as K, T, and Z.

5. Temporary tourist trains: Passenger trains that run between stations with historical sites, tourist attractions and large and medium-sized cities. Temporary tourist trains are faster, have fewer stops and are more advanced.
