1. Yining (the capital of Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture)

Yining's history of building a city began in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. Foreign cultures such as Russia and Uzbekistan blend with Uygur culture and Han culture, forming a unique multi-ethnic atmosphere. Zanqi Folk-custom Tourist Area is a traditional ethnic minority block, where there are China-style temples in Shaanxi. There are many houses in Central Asia and West Asia on both sides of the street, and the Tuda Hongbayi quadrangle is worth visiting.

The Uzbek mosque in Qianjin Street is another relic of Central Asia. Beitula Mosque, located at the intersection of Shengli Road, Jiefang South Road, is surrounded by minarets with different styles. Liuxing Street was planned and constructed in 1930s, and it was a radial hexagon. It used to be a neighborhood with concentrated Russian residents, but now it is still inhabited by Uighurs, Hui, Tatars, Uzbeks and Russians, and the building is full of ethnic customs.

2. Chabuchar

Chabuchar County on the south bank of Yili River is the only Xibe Autonomous County in China. From the county seat, 6 kilometers to the west along the provincial road S3 13, you can see the high walls and large antique buildings of the newly-built Xibe ancient city, which is located in Lu Niu Township of Sun Zaqi. Xibo Museum is one of them, including history museum, modern history museum, bow and arrow museum, archery range, folk museum and so on. The nearby Jingyuan Temple was built in the 14th year of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty (1888). There are buildings such as the mountain gate, the Heavenly King Hall, the Ursa Major Hall and the Three Buddha Hall. Every year, there will be a wonderful Xibe cultural performance on the westward migration festival (April 18 of the lunar calendar).

3. Zhaosu

Zhaosu, located in the valley, is a city without summer. Apart from the long winter, spring and autumn are two cool seasons, and July to August is the tourist season in Zhaosu. July is the most beautiful season in Zhaosu, with golden rape blossoms in the fields and bright colors under white clouds and blue sky.

Shengyou Temple, located on the north side of the county high school (ticket 30 yuan; 9: 30 ~ 19: 30) covers an area of hundreds of acres and is a relatively complete Lama Temple in Xinjiang. The ancient trees in the temple are towering, the building is simple and solemn, and the zhaobi, the mountain gate, the front hall, the Daxiong hall and the back hall are distributed along the central axis. There is a plaque hanging on the front of the Hall of Ursa Major, which reads "Building a Hall of Blessing in Zhaosu". The murals in the hall gallery have very obvious characteristics of traditional Central Plains murals.

4. Xiata Ancient Road

Xiata Ancient Road National Forest Park, located in the Kirgiz Township of Xiate (also known as Xiata), is a charming canyon forest resort under the Tianshan Glacier, which was once the main traffic route from Yili to Aksu. The Xiata Ancient Road starts from Xiata Ranch in the north and ends in the city of Wensu County in Aksu region in the south, with a total length of about 120 km. It is a shortcut to communicate north and south. But this ancient road has also become the steepest pass on the ancient Silk Road because it has to cross glaciers, ice cracks and glaciers.

Now, the section from Tasha Ancient Road to Mouzard Te Glacier has become Tasha Scenic Area. From the ticket office, take the shuttle bus through Xiata Ancient Road and arrive at Xiata Hot Spring. The narrow asphalt road winding along the mountain is about 45 kilometers long. On one side of the mountain road are steep slopes and forests, and on the other side are cliffs and Xiatahe River. There are three stops on the way: Guishi, Lover Valley and Quicksand Waterfall. You can get off and enjoy the scenery.

Tekes County is famous for its Bagua City. The county is centered on Taiji altar and radiates eight main streets in eight directions, which are connected by four ring lines. The turntable in the central square of the county town passes counterclockwise in a single cycle. The street signs on every street are not obvious, and it is easy to get lost, but just go back to the county center after getting lost. Don't listen to the legend. There are no traffic lights here. In the middle of the intersection of the second and third ring roads in Baguazhou, there are several equally sacred traffic lights, and the speed limit of the city is 40 km/h.

Most tourists come here for the alpine grasslands in the western Tianshan Mountains. As a part of the world natural heritage Tianshan Mountain, grasslands, snow-capped mountains and forests will be displayed in front of you on the lawn from Harqin to Qiongkushitai.

6. Karajun Grassland

Kajun grassland was selected as a world natural heritage on 20 13. The scenic spot is very large, and the package tour will take you all day. You can consider spending the night here. There are mainly jade terraces, marmot habitats, two paper terraces, Dielang Valley, Shiquan, Mayin Bay, a tree and other scenic spots in Xilajun Scenic Area. You can take the sightseeing bus in turn. The scenic spot of Xila Army is dominated by rolling hills, and the overlapping valleys are good places for photography.

The most famous scenic spots in East Karajun are Wuhua Meadow, Flower Terrace, Kurdish Forest Grand Canyon, Tripolar Plant Observation Deck, Falcon Terrace and so on. Wuhua meadow and flower terrace are the most wonderful. However, these five scenic spots are all within a walking distance of 0.5 ~ 1 hour from the parking spots in sightseeing bus. 7. Kurdish Canyon Scenic Area

Kurdish Canyon Scenic Area is also a part of the West Tianshan Mountain, a world natural heritage. There is no big publicity and development here. There is no paved road or traffic in the scenic spot, so you can drive in by yourself. Its most attractive places are the Kurdish River Canyon and Kabambe Peak Snow Mountain. Fans can walk 1 ~ 2 hours and enjoy the spruce in the air prairie, where the plant transition is obvious.

8. New sources

Xinyuan is the place with the largest number of Kazaks in Yili Prefecture, which is close to half of the county's population. Ordinary tourists rarely stay here, and usually go straight to the famous Nalati. However, if you are interested in Kazakh culture, you can go to the Handmade Dombrat Workshop opposite Xinyuan No.5 Middle School and feel the inside story of Kazakhstan.

There is a huge original wild apricot forest in the No.4 Team of Tuergen Township, Xinyuan, which has become the new favorite of photographers in recent years. 9. Nalati Grassland

Nalati grassland is under the glacier snow peak, with high mountains, dense forests and lush green grass, and rivers criss-crossing the grassland. There are both beautiful mountains and towering pine forests here. Every spring, the snow and ice in Tianshan forest begin to melt. In June, the vast grassland is full of colorful wild flowers, and sheep wander leisurely on the grassland. Various activities on the grassland are also held in this season.

Nalati has a west gate and an east gate. Ordinary tourists enter from the west gate. There is a visitor center and a parking lot (5 yuan). You can get hand-drawn maps for free. In Nalati, there are two bus lines leading to nomadic people (air grassland) and forest park (valley grassland).

10. Gongnaisi Forest Farm

From "Zero Kilometer" to the east, drive along G2 18 National Road to Korla, and continue driving for 34 kilometers, and you will arrive at Gongnaisi Forest Farm in the beautiful valley. The scenery is good all the way. Gongsi National Forest Park is a small mountain city, surrounded by spruce forests and pastures. Very quiet. There are many small scenic spots nearby and accommodation is very convenient. Riding about 30 kilometers north from here, you can reach the famous Aerxian Hot Spring in the hearts of herders.
