Taiwan Pass Team Travel Endorsement (L) is changed to Personal Travel Endorsement (G), which is the same as the procedure for handling Personal Travel Endorsement (G).

If you are a foreigner, you need to have a household registration in an open city in Taiwan Province Province or a residence permit/employment/schooling certificate in Chengdu.

Handling materials

(1) Fill in the complete Application Form for Entry and Exit Documents of China Citizens.

(2) Submit a valid resident ID card or the original temporary id card, and/kloc-submit a household registration book for those under 6 years of age. Residents who don't need to apply for a local household registration must also submit the original household registration book (those who apply for endorsement with a valid pass can be exempted), military personnel should submit their military identity certificates (officer's card, soldier's card, sergeant's student's card), and overseas Chinese should submit their valid China passport and proof of residence abroad, and submit copies.

(3) Eligible foreign registered residents are required to submit the following originals and copies:

1. Persons holding residence permits in our city shall submit valid residence permits issued by Chengdu (preschool children may submit their parents' residence permits);
