1. Guanyinyan Religious Tourism Area is located in Guanyin Village, Yongxing Town, Jingshan County. It is fifteen kilometers away from the county seat and four kilometers away from the Zaodang line.

2. It was first built before the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 220). There are inscriptions written by Sun Wenlong of the Eastern Wu Dynasty during the Three Kingdoms period, a plaque saying "An official tour is fast" left by the censor Baoshan, and Emperor Qianlong's travels around the world left behind an imperial brush that was "not stained by dust".

3. Invested in restoration in 1988, there are now more than 20 temples including the Jade Emperor Pavilion, the Main Hall, the Patriarch's Palace, the Guanyin Hall, the West Buddha Temple, and the Three Buddha Temple. The spring water in the mountain behind the temple is natural mineral water, and the waterfall continues all year round, which is a unique experience.

4. The name of Guanyin Rock comes from the fact that thousands of years ago, there was a woman living in seclusion between the streams of the two mountains. In the morning, she would wash her clothes with the water, use a vegetable basket to carry water for cooking, and at sunset, she would turn the water into oil. He sat there with a lamp on, and he did so for hundreds of years. Later, he was seen by people in the mountain, and it was said that Guanyin appeared. Guanyin Rock got its name from this, and a palace was built immediately. According to county records, Guanyinyan Taoism began to take shape in the Yuan Dynasty, and was divided into upper and lower courtyards, with several palaces and temples.
