What can't be brought into England? Can you bring cooked food into England?

In fact, there are many things you can't take when traveling abroad. Many friends must be concerned about whether it is possible to remove some braised chicken feet and beef. In fact, these are impossible, and many things can't be eaten if you want.

Several steps to enter Britain

1. Entry inspection

Unless you change planes at the airport, please follow the "Arrival" sign. If you need to transfer at airports such as London, Frankfurt and Amsterdam, you should follow the' transfer' sign to the corresponding airline counter, go through the relevant formalities and wait for the transfer.

"Arrival" will take you to the immigration control office;

Immigration has an electronic display screen to tell you which channel to take;

All passengers must go through the entry formalities of their flights through designated channels;

Immigration officials will check whether your documents are complete and whether you have a visa and a valid passport;

After the inspection is correct, the immigration officer will stamp the date of entry on your passport.

2. Customs clearance

After you pass the immigration check, you can claim your luggage. According to the flight number on the electronic display, your luggage will be on the corresponding conveyor belt (these procedures are the same as domestic flights). If you find anything unusual in your luggage, please contact your airline office at the airport immediately.

After the luggage is claimed, the next step is to pass the customs inspection. You will see three exits:

1. Blue channel: If flying from EU countries, take this channel;

2. Green channel: fly to the UK from China and non-EU regions, and go here if you have nothing to declare;

3. Red Channel: If you have anything to declare, please go here.

In most cases, we will take the green channel and not declare!

Sometimes, even if you take the green channel, the staff of the British Customs will spot-check your luggage (ask if you have any meat or something, and then start rummaging through your bags and boxes. )

Can I bring cooked food?

Yes, but there are very few kinds of cooked food that can be brought, and some have weight regulations. Roast duck, ham sausage, meat, milk or other animal products are not allowed. Basically, these are not allowed. From this point of view, it seems that there are not many things to bring.
