3. Enterprises compete in disorder and the market is not standardized. 5. the development environment is not excellent, and it is difficult for enterprises to become bigger and stronger. In the survey, the majority of enterprises generally reflect that the average tax burden of our city is 5.8 percentage points higher than that of surrounding areas such as Shangli and Liling, and enterprises are at an obvious disadvantage in market competition, and many enterprises are moving out or preparing to move out. At the same time, some law enforcement departments in our city are also strongly reflected by enterprises, who think that the service awareness is not strong and the fees are high.
