What is Apocalypse Now?
oracle
Revelation, also known as Revelation, is the last chapter of the New Testament. It is said that it was written by John, a disciple of Jesus. It is mainly an early warning of the future of the world, including the prediction of the end of the world. It is an important basis for missionaries to preach. Many of these myths and metaphors have become a lasting source of art in the Christian world.
Revelation is the revelation of Jesus Christ (Rev. 1 1). When the Roman emperor Tameda persecuted the church, Johanna was exiled to Patmos Island, where the Lord appeared to him and instructed him "what is now and what will happen in the future" (A19); John recorded the truth and witness he saw and heard one by one (Rev. 1: 3, Rev. 14) and became the apocalypse. The time is about 94 ~ 96 BC.
Revelation is the most difficult volume in the Bible, which can be roughly divided into four categories:
Preterist explained: This theory holds that the appearance of this book refers to what happened at that time, so it has become a thing of the past and has nothing to do with the present era.
Historical Interpretation: According to this theory, this book has written down the human history from that time to the second coming of the Lord by means of prophecy. Each painting shows one event after another in this history.
Futurist interpretation: According to this theory, the next chapters of this book are all predictions about the future, and these predictions will come true after mentioning the church, that is, the seven-year catastrophe and the Millennium Kingdom era.
Spiritual interpretation: According to this theory, all the expressions in this book are the principles and principles that show that the true God dominates human history, rather than predicting specific facts. So it should be explained by principle or spirit.
Our interpretation of Revelation is basically consistent with the views of Elder Huang Elisha in the study of Revelation. The "present thing" mentioned in the first chapter of Revelation 19, we think it refers to the church thing at that time; What will happen in the future refers to what will happen between the arrival of the Holy Spirit in the evening rain, the reconstruction of the true church and the second coming of Jesus Christ. Due to the limited space, this paper only puts forward five key information to explain briefly, hoping that readers can get a glimpse of the apocalypse and help to study the apocalypse.
