Do I need a visa to go to Thailand now?
Visa-free within 30 days. According to the China Consular Service Network, in accordance with bilateral agreements, persons holding Chinese diplomatic passports and official passports are exempted from visas within 30 days of entering Thailand. Thailand’s visas are divided into seven categories: transit visa, tourist visa, business visa, non-immigrant visa, diplomatic visa, official visa, and courtesy visa. Among them, non-immigrant visas are divided into three types: ED, F, and O. The Thai government announced that from September 25, 2023 to February 29, 2024, a temporary visa exemption policy will be implemented for Chinese tourists whose stay does not exceed 30 days.
