Article 2 Description of travel expenses

1, (project cost): The travel expenses paid by Party A according to Article 1 of this contract include the following items:

2) Personal expenses incurred by Party A during the trip, such as personal catering expenses on the transportation, personal medical expenses for injuries and illnesses, overweight baggage consignment, laundry expenses, telephone charges, telegraph charges, drinks expenses during the trip and accommodation, private transportation expenses, free activities expenses, luggage storage expenses, expenses and rewards for finding personal lost items, and compensation expenses caused by personal actions during the trip, etc.

Second, the obligations of both parties.

Article 3 (Obligations of Party A) Party A shall perform the following obligations:

1. The documents and related materials provided by Party A must be true and valid.

2. Party A shall ensure that his physical condition is suitable for joining tour groups.

3. Party A shall take good care of the carry-on luggage and articles. In case of any damage or loss without entrusting Party B to keep it, Party A shall bear the responsibility by itself.

4. Party A shall abide by the team discipline, properly monitor the accompanying children and cooperate with the tour guide to complete the tour.

5. Party A shall respect the religious beliefs, national habits and customs of the destination.

Article 4 (Obligations of Party B) Party B shall perform the following obligations:

1. Party B shall remind Party A of the clauses exempting or limiting its responsibilities and explain the relevant clauses according to Party A's requirements.

2. When Party B handles the travel formalities on behalf of Party A, it shall properly keep all the documents submitted by Party A, and if they are lost or damaged, it shall immediately take the initiative to reissue them, and bear the replacement expenses and compensate for the direct losses caused to Party A therefrom. ..

3. If there is no tour leader or full escort as agreed in the contract, Party B shall inform Party A of the specific contact information of the tourist destination.

4. If Party A suffers personal injury or property loss while taking public transportation such as plane, ship, train, coach, subway, cableway and cable car, etc. which is not attributable to Party B, Party B shall assist Party A in claiming compensation from the listed operators. 5. Party B shall arrange Party A's shopping according to the team operation schedule (travel itinerary), and shall not force Party A to shop, or collude with commodity operators to defraud Party A's shopping.

Three. Party A's liability for breach of contract

Article 5 (Party A's Withdrawal from the League) Party A may notify Party B to terminate the contract before the start of tourism activities, but shall pay liquidated damages according to the following standards:

1) If the notice is given five days (excluding five days) before the scheduled tour starts, 10% of the total tour fee shall be paid.

2) 20% of the total travel expenses will be paid if the notice is given before the 5th to 4th day before the scheduled travel starts.

3) If the notice is given from the third day to the second day before the scheduled trip, 30% of the total travel expenses will be paid.

4) If notice is given 1 day before the scheduled tour starts, 50% of the total tour fee will be paid.

5) 100% of the total travel expenses shall be paid if the notice is given or not given on or after the agreed travel start date.

Article 6 (Delayed Travel) If Party A fails to arrive at the agreed place on time for assembly and departure, and fails to join the tour group midway, it shall be deemed that Party A has terminated the contract. Party B may handle the matter according to the agreement in Item 5 of Article 5 of this Contract.

Article 7 If Party A leaves the tour group without Party B's consent during the journey, it shall be deemed as a unilateral termination of the contract, and Party B shall not be required to refund the travel expenses. Where losses are caused to Party B, Party A shall be liable for compensation.

Four. Party B's liability for breach of contract

Article 8 (Cancellation by Party B) Except in the circumstances specified in Article 7 of this contract, if Party A's travel activities cannot be carried out due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall immediately notify Party A, refund the travel expenses paid by Party A, and pay liquidated damages according to the following standards:
