Build harmony and run towards a well-off society. It reproduces the hard history of Xinjiang Corps soldiers reclaiming wasteland in Tarim since 1950s.

It is open to the outside world every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and has become a red tourist base for cadres, workers, young students and tourists inside and outside the region to receive revolutionary traditional education and an important window to understand the division, corps and their construction achievements. As of August 20 1 1, the memorial hall has received more than 540,000 tourists from all ethnic groups inside and outside the area.
