Matters needing attention

1. To travel to Kanas, you only need a border card in Baihaba. The border card can be handled in Kashgar and Brzin, where the household registration is located, or directly in Kanas Scenic Area with the ID card.

2. The food in the scenic spot is very expensive. If you ride through Harmony, it is even more difficult to buy food. So try to buy enough in Brzin. Xinjiang has strong ultraviolet rays and dry climate, so we must prepare enough sunscreen and pay attention to moisturizing.

3. The temperature difference between day and night in Kanas area is very large, even as low as below zero in the morning, and it can reach 27℃ when the sun is strongest at noon. Transportation to Kanas

Kanas is located in Altay region in northern Xinjiang. There is an independent airport in the scenic spot. You can choose to fly directly from Urumqi to Kanas, the flight time is about 50 minutes.

There is no railway station in the scenic spot. If you choose to take the train to Kanas, you can only take the train from Urumqi to Beitun and then take the bus to Kanas. From Urumqi, you can take a sleeper bus to Brzin, and then transfer to Kanas Scenic Area.
