Pay attention to live, sweet, clear and fragrant.
There are 6 tea trees on the stone wall of Tianxinyan Jiulong Group. Counting from the first tree on the upper floor next to the "Dahongpao" stone carving, there are four trees on the upper floor (called the original in history), numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4, five trees on the middle floor and six trees on the bottom floor. According to the investigation and observation, although these six kinds of tea trees belong to the same type, they are divided into three different strains because they evolved from the sexual group varieties of Wuyi Rock Tea after long-term natural hybridization. No.3 and No.4 mature early, with short internodes, small and long leaves, smooth leaves, shallow teeth and flat edges. The oolong tea made from them has obvious rock rhyme (brown leaf fragrance), rich aroma, mellow taste and a slightly dark yellow bottom. No.2 and No.6 have medium maturity, short internodes, oval leaflets, tender leaves, inconspicuous teeth and flat leaves. Oolong tea made from them has high aroma, slightly light taste, Huang Liang bottom and moderate green leaves and red edges. 1 and 5 have the latest maturity, thick and deep leaves and wavy edges. The aroma of dry tea is stronger than that of No.3 and No.4, but not as good as that of No.2 and No.6, and it tastes like No.2 and No.6, with Huang Liang at the bottom of leaves.
Second, Wuyi Rock Tea
Wuyi Rock Tea is a traditional famous tea in China, and it is an oolong tea with rock rhyme (rock bone flower) quality characteristics. Tea tree is produced in the southeast of Xiujia in Wuyishan area of northern Fujian, and grows in the crevices of rocks. Wuyi Rock Tea has the fragrance of green tea and the sweetness of black tea, which is the best in China Oolong Tea. Wuyi rock tea belongs to semi-fermented green tea, and its production method is between green tea and black tea. The most famous Wuyi rock tea is Dahongpao.
Morphological characteristics of Wuyi rock tea: the tip of the leaf is twisted, like a dragonfly's head, the color is livid with brown oil, and the internal quality is lively, sweet, clear and fragrant. There is an obvious fragrance of rock bones and flowers. Wuyi rock tea famous stone is produced in Wuyishan scenic area, with an area of 70km? .
Wuyishan is located in the southeast foot of the northern section of Wuyishan in Fujian, covering an area of 70 square kilometers, and has the reputation of "a must in the southeast". The mountains are connected, the valleys are vertical and horizontal, and the Jiuqu River is entangled in them. The climate is mild, warm in winter and cool in summer, with abundant rainfall. The annual rainfall is about 2000 mm, and the geology belongs to the typical Danxia landform with many cliffs. Tea farmers use caves, cracks and crevices to build stone dikes along the border to grow tea. They are called "potted" tea gardens, which can be divided into conventional rock tea, semi-rock tea and continental tea according to different growth conditions.
In the center of Wuyi Mountain, there is a deep, long, undulating canyon, and nine dangerous peaks on both sides of the valley floor face each other in the north and south. In the valley, pines and cypresses form forests, bamboo seas are continuous, and rows of tea trees at the bottom of the valley are delicate and green. Tea trees are planted against rocks to make rock tea. Almost all the tea gardens of Wuyi Rock Tea are in the secluded stream of Jiulong Pavilion, and the unique charm of Rock Tea is bred by the conditions of warm winter and cool summer and abundant rainfall at the bottom of the valley, especially the weathering of acidic rocks in the soil here.
Third, meat and bacon.
Bacon is known as the first of the eight major fruits in western Fujian. Its greatest feature lies in its "three elders": first, its craftsmanship is old; Second, the formula is outdated; Third, it tastes old. Adopt traditional old technology and old formula, all of which are based on nature, and do not add preservatives and additives such as flour and potassium sorbate. Bacon is a sliced meat product of pork or beef, which is cured and baked. The product is reddish brown in color, and the meat slices are even. The moisture content is 65,438 0.35%, the protein content is 46.5% and the fat content is 9%.
Bacon is bright in color, oily, shiny and transparent. Because the baking process is strictly controlled, the product should be brownish red, so Pisces dried pork does not add any pigment. Pork breast is delicious, mellow, pure in flavor, slightly salty in sweetness, fresh in saltiness and long in aftertaste. The dried bacon is dehydrated by steam hot air, and the finished product is baked by far infrared. The processing environment of the product is clean and hygienic.
