Guizhou, referred to as "Qian" or "Gui", is a provincial-level administrative region in the Republic of China. Guiyang, the provincial capital, is located in the hinterland of southwest China's inland region. It is a transportation hub in southwest China and an important part of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
