Article 3 These Measures are applicable to the management of urban public toilets and public toilets in scenic spots in this market area. The contracted public toilets with paid services implemented by the environmental sanitation management department shall be approved by the district environmental sanitation management department and reported to the municipal environmental sanitation management department for the record. Public toilets contracted for paid services shall not be subcontracted.
