Citizens who meet the conditions for applying for a Garden Annual Card can directly apply for or replace their ID cards.

Citizens who use the citizen card issued by Suzhou Citizen Card Co., Ltd. to load the Suzhou Garden Annual Card can download the latest version of the Smart Suzhou APP to renew the garden annual card.

2. Export processing

Eligible residents apply for the Garden Annual Card for the first time:

If you open Suzhou Citizen Card B, you need to pay a fee of 18 yuan. And you must go to the site in person to take photos;

If you choose to directly activate the Garden Annual Card function with your ID card, you can use your ID card to apply for it at the new address and pay an annual fee of 120 yuan, or you can entrust others to do it for you.

With your ID card and valid "Suzhou Municipal Minimum Living Security Certificate for Urban and Rural Residents" and "Suzhou Urban Subsistence Allowance Certificate for Relief for Severely Ill and Difficult Objects", you can receive an annual fee of 60 yuan, and you can choose to apply for it independently.
