How to apply for a tourism business license?

Legal analysis: it is necessary to prepare an application for establishment; Feasibility study report on the establishment of travel agencies; Articles of association of travel agency; Resumes of the manager and deputy manager of the travel agency and the qualification certificates specified in Item (3) of Article 6 of these Regulations; The capital credit certificate issued by the bank and the capital verification report issued by the certified public accountant and his accounting firm or audit firm; Proof of business place; Proof of operating equipment, apply to the Provincial Tourism Administration or the National Tourism Administration for approval.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Regulations on the Administration of Travel Agencies stipulates that to apply for the establishment of a travel agency to engage in domestic tourism business and inbound tourism business, the following conditions shall be met: (1) having a fixed business place; (2) Having necessary business facilities; (3) Its registered capital is not less than 300,000 yuan. Article 7 of the Regulations on the Administration of Travel Agencies stipulates that an application for the establishment of a travel agency engaged in domestic tourism business and inbound tourism business shall be submitted to the tourism administrative department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government where it is located or the municipal tourism administrative department entrusted by it, and the relevant supporting documents that meet the provisions of Article 6 of these regulations shall be submitted. The tourism administrative department that accepts the application shall make a decision of approval or disapproval within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application. If the permit is granted, the applicant shall be issued with the Travel Agency Business License, and the applicant shall go through the establishment registration with the administrative department for industry and commerce with the Travel Agency Business License; If the license is not granted, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.
