Where is Wuzhong?
wuzhong is located in the middle of Ningxia. It was originally the residence of Guling Prefecture and Jinji County. It is located in the hinterland of Ningxia Plain and is the core area of Ningxia urban belt along the Yellow River. Adjacent to Shaanxi, Gansu and Mongolia. The quintessential area of Yellow River Diversion Irrigation District. Litong District, Qingtongxia City, Yanchi County, Tongxin County and Hongsibao District are under its jurisdiction, with a total population of 1.3 million (in 212), including 66, Hui people, accounting for 52% of the total population. It is one of the main Hui communities in China.
Wuzhong is near the Yellow River, which passes through the city. It has a long history, is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization, an important part of Hetao culture, and a meeting point of nomadic people in the north and Han culture. Wuzhong, known as the city of thousands of towers in the East, is a well-known "hometown of Hui people in China" at home and abroad.
