Jianshui ancient city, a national historical and cultural city, was founded in the Tang Dynasty and has a history of 1000 years. There are more than 50 ancient buildings in this city, and each brick and tile carries a heavy history. Jianshui also has its own traditional cuisine. Both China on the Tip of the Tongue and Twelve Fronts have been to scenic spots.

Regarding traffic and route construction, Jianshui is one of the counties under the jurisdiction of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province. Jianshui was the traffic artery of the Southern Silk Road as early as the Tang Dynasty. The geographical location is moderate, 220km away from the provincial capital Kunming, 250km away from the border crossing and 80km away from Mengzi Airport. Generally speaking, Jianshui has convenient transportation.

There is a through train from Kunming to Jianshui, which is very convenient. There are four buses every day, from 7 am to 4 pm, which is more suitable. The train fare is low, 29.5 yuan per ticket, and it takes about 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach Jianshui. Fat friends who go directly to Jianshui from Kunming can buy train tickets in advance to facilitate travel.

I started from Kaiyuan, next to Jianshui, not too far, so I took a bus directly to Jianshui at the bus terminal (South Bus Station) and took a one-way ticket to 26 yuan. In fact, my choice of transportation is not very valuable. I think most of them should go directly from Kunming.

Jianshui cuisine 1. Crossing the bridge rice noodles: economical, authentic in taste, full in weight and small in appetite. Suggest one for two people. After coming here so many times, I finally got authentic rice noodles in the birthplace of rice noodles, and all kinds of rice noodles are also the finishing touch. Radish is my favorite.

2. Lin 'an Hotel: Lin 'an Road, a state-owned time-honored brand, serves rice noodles all day and has a barbecue for breakfast. At noon, steamed chicken is very popular and the number is limited. Only stir-fry is served. Slow hands, steamed chicken is the most authentic. It is strongly recommended to wait in line for food. Eating is delicious enough. Hold the wall.

3. Zengji Tofu Workshop: China's shooting place on the tip of the tongue. Located opposite Osaka Well (Osaka Well first, then Lin 'an City) outside the West Gate, you can watch the tofu making process, and you can eat fresh soybean milk, tofu brain and 5 yuan/person at will. There are also tofu milk, lobster sauce and dried tofu.

4. Garden Snack Wang Chang Rice Noodle: Next to Jia Zhu Garden, friends who like fat intestines can try it. For me, the first time I tried fat sausage rice noodles, my taste buds couldn't stand it at the first bite. Boss, another bowl.

4. Zixing Roast Duck Cold Shop: On Hanlin Street, roast duck, tofu and snacks are served.

5. Smell fragrant: On Hanlin Street, there is an antique dining environment with various dishes and steamed chicken oil.
