Guangdong Xuwen Port Holding Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group company registered in xuwen county with the operating assets of its former Hai 'an Port Branch and Ferry Branch as capital, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan, and officially put into production on June 6, 2010+/kloc-0. The holding company is mainly engaged in ferry transportation between haian port and Qiongzhou Strait, with haian port Branch and Ferry Branch.

2. Xiahaigang Branch

Xiahaigang (latitude 2115' 35 "6, longitude110 24' 04" 6) was built in 1982, located at No.8/kloc-0, north of Haibin Avenue in Zhanjiang City. The working coastline of the wharf is 292 meters long, with three berths, which can reliably berth all kinds of ships under 25,000 tons. Mainly engaged in property rental, cargo handling, property management and other businesses. According to the city and port planning of Zhanjiang, it will be transformed into a port integrating land island transportation, tourism and Taiwan trade loading and unloading.

4. Shipping shipyard

Established in 1958, the shipyard is an enterprise mainly engaged in ship repair, with a coastline of 750 meters and a factory area of 78 mu. It owns 1000-ton ship raft, 1 500-ton dry dock and 1 55438-ton special dock for ship repair. According to the planning requirements of Zhanjiang City, the shipyard will be relocated to Diaoshun Island in Zhanjiang for reconstruction and expansion.
