How many months pregnant can't I go to Hong Kong?
Passengers with valid documents (including mainlanders) will be allowed to enter Hong Kong as long as they meet the general entry requirements (such as sufficient travel expenses) and the Immigration Department has no doubt about their stated purpose of coming to Hong Kong. The Immigration Department will not refuse a visitor entry because she suspects that she is pregnant.
With regard to immigration support measures, the Immigration Department will step up immigration procedures for all women from outside Hong Kong in the third trimester of pregnancy. In order to reduce disputes, pregnancy for more than seven months (that is, 28 weeks) will be automatically regarded as the third trimester, and whether it is allowed to enter is ultimately judged by the parties themselves. It takes about 10 weeks to go to Hong Kong for non-invasive examination, with little impact. However, if they can't show their confirmation, they may also be refused entry.
According to Hong Kong's immigration laws, immigration officers must inspect any person who arrives in Hong Kong to ascertain his identity, valid travel documents, purpose of coming to Hong Kong, date of stay, and so on. Except for those who have the right of abode or entry in Hong Kong, any person who comes to Hong Kong for tourism, visiting relatives or transit, even if all the above conditions have been met or the relevant visa/endorsement has been obtained at his place of residence, means that he must be allowed to enter Hong Kong or obtain the period of stay stated in the visa/endorsement. The Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has the right to refuse any person entry into Hong Kong or grant him a shorter stay.
: how to pass the customs?
1. Round-trip air tickets and hotel orders.
Because of my previous work, I know some policies in Hong Kong.
If you choose a plane for your trip, you need to prepare a valid ticket order, which can be printed or left in your mobile phone. Tickets bought by pigs, screenshots of apps, and text messages are all backed up. Here, the screenshot after the ticket is issued at least includes the flight number, date and 13 digit e-ticket number.
The hotel reserved a room in agoda. Because I often stayed in this hotel, I left a screenshot of my mobile phone, so I deliberately didn't print it out.
2. The latest birth medical certificate.
Some airlines will require pregnant women to issue relevant certificates to prove their actual gestational age when carrying pregnant women in China. You must issue relevant certificates when you return to Hong Kong, so these things must be ready.
Tip: Pregnant women travel by air. Pregnancy weeks are restricted. When buying a plane ticket, it is best to consult the official customer service of the airline before paying.
Apple's mobile phone takes photos with its own photo date. You can use your mobile phone to take pictures of the left information and the latest inspection results of the maternal and child health care manual, including the date of birth check-up, the number of weeks of pregnancy on that day, and the list of large abnormal discharge. Enough to prove the actual gestational age.
3. Arrive in Hong Kong.
Here, it is strongly recommended to open roaming or traffic packages for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan according to the actual situation of staying in Hong Kong.
4. Go through the customs and the "little black room"
When I was waiting in line for customs clearance in Hong Kong, a female staff member saw that she was pregnant and asked her if she was pregnant and told her yes. The attitude of the staff is also very good. They went to the courtesy channel to queue up and communicated in Cantonese all the way, and found nothing unusual.
After arriving at the courtesy channel, another male staff member routinely asked his name and purpose of going to Hong Kong. He didn't come to another male staff member, so he took his certificate and let him go. After a short walk, I came to an office. Customs officials should take away their certificates and boarding passes.
5. Customs inquiries.
After waiting less than ten minutes, he was called to make a routine inquiry. In a cubicle, the male staff member who was about to issue the certificate filled out the form and began to ask and answer questions.
: mainly asked the following questions
1. Name, work place, income, purpose of going to Hong Kong, pregnancy and actual gestational age, whether there is a return flight and certificate, and the name of the hotel where you stayed in Hong Kong.
2. Is there a hospital
It is best to know these questions and take the initiative to explain what "zero double fault" is. If you don't know, it doesn't matter, just say you don't know, but it means it won't exceed the time limit. Use your return flight to prove it.
That's all. All you have to do is be honest, calm and keep smiling. Needless to say all the answers, answer whatever you ask. You have to send an important message to brother Guan: you will never have children in Hong Kong. Then nothing happened, and the customs brother sorted out the information and went out normally.
