I. Application conditions

The applicant must meet the following conditions:

(1) Employees employed by governments at all levels in Shenzhen, employees of state-owned, private, Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises, and owners of individual industrial and commercial households;

(2) Holding a long-term valid (valid for 10 years) residence permit in Shenzhen for more than one year;

(three) the household registration is not in Guangdong province, and the household registration belongs to the area that needs a passport.

Those who meet the above conditions can apply once a quarter.

Second, the application materials

(1) Submit a complete Application Form for Individual Travel of Shenzhen Residents with Non-Guangdong Household Registration to Hong Kong, with the light blue background 1 full-body color photo (size 48 mmx33mm) endorsed by the applicant (posted on the application form) for the first time to apply for, renew or reissue the passport or the passport of the People's Republic of China to and from Hong Kong and Macao issued by non-Guangdong Province.

(2) Submit a copy of the applicant's second-generation resident ID card, household registration book and residence permit, and submit the original of the second-generation resident ID card and residence permit for inspection.

(3) Submit the applicant's employment certificate. On-the-job certificate can be filled in and signed on the back of the application form by the legal representative of the enterprise or the person in charge of its authorized personnel management department, or it can be issued on a separate sheet (see format).

(four) to apply for endorsement with a valid pass, the original "Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao" shall be submitted. If you apply for a three-month endorsement in Hong Kong, the remaining validity period of the pass must be greater than three months and 20 days; To apply for a one-year endorsement in Hong Kong, the remaining validity period of the pass must be greater than 1 year and 20 days.

(5) If the public security organ considers that the application materials need further verification and authentication, it may require the applicant to provide other supporting materials.

Third, the application method

The applicant himself can submit the application materials to the nearest entry-exit permit hall of the District Public Security Bureau or Meilin permit hall of the Shenzhen Entry-Exit Administration Office.

Four. Types of endorsement

Endorsement of "individual tour" to Hong Kong: valid endorsement is once every three months or once a year, and each stay in Hong Kong is no more than 7 days.

It takes 15 working days to apply for, renew or reissue the Pass for Travel between Hong Kong and Macao for the first time, and 10 working days to complete the application with a valid Pass for Travel between Hong Kong and Macao.

(4) Please fill in the application form with black or blue-black pen, and the submitted copies should be copied on A4 paper and bound in sequence.
