The stone plaque on the door is engraved with "Chen's Ancestral Hall". In the front hall hangs a plaque "Head of the Household Department" with the inscription "In the first year of Xianfeng, I respectfully inherit the title of Chen Gui". The plaque "Gongsheng" is hung in the middle hall, with the inscription "In the fifty-fourth year of Qianlong's reign (1789), Jiyou paid tribute, and Chen Songling respectfully accepted it." Mixed beam frame of bucket type and lifting beam type. Hard mountain, boat-shaped ridge, red tile surface, green glazed tiles. This building is a physical material for studying the ancestral architecture in Bao'an area and the history of the Xinyang Chen family. In March 2017, the Baoan District People's Government announced it as a cultural relic protection unit in Baoan District.
