There are two ways to handle the border card:

1, where the household registration is located-free+troublesome+cumbersome.

Accidentally wrote out the advantages and disadvantages of local treatment. I once tried to apply for a border card in Harbin, where my hukou is located, and the experience was not good.

The first step is to go to the police station where the household registration is located to get an application form for border defense card (I described it for a long time before the staff of the police station knew what form I wanted), and then I have to stamp the form and give me a certificate of no crime.

The second step is to go to the household registration office of Harbin Public Security Bureau. Remember to bring your household registration book, ID card and two one-inch bareheaded photos.
