North Wudang

Bei Wudang Ecological Tourism Area is a national 2A-level scenic spot. It is located at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in the northwest of Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, at the starting point of Chaoyang West Street. It is a comprehensive tourist area integrating mountains, forests, temples, geological relics, military experiences, etc.

Xinghai Lake

Xinghai Lake is located in the eastern part of Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, with a total area of ??43 square kilometers and a lake area of ??more than 20 square kilometers.

Pingluo Bell and Drum Tower

Pingluo County Bell and Drum Tower is located in the center of the county. It was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty and was destroyed by a major earthquake in the third year of Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1739). It was renovated to become what it is today. It is a key cultural relic protection unit in the autonomous region.

Shizuishan Forest Park

It is located in the northwest of Dawukou District, Shizuishan, Ningxia, with Helan Mountain at its back and Dawukou City in its arms. The planned construction area is 667 hectares. According to the plan, it will be built to integrate recreation and entertainment. It is a scenic tourist area integrating production, wild fun, sports, culture, religion and other activities. Its completion will play a significant role in preventing wind and sand fixation, conserving water sources, beautifying homes and improving the ecological environment in Dawukou urban area.

Malanhua Prairie

It is part of the Ordos Platform, 30 kilometers away from the capital Yinchuan. Since 2000, the local government has held the "Taolema Orchid Ecological Sightseeing and Tourism Festival" here every year.

Pingluo Yuhuang Pavilion

Pingluo Yuhuang Pavilion is located at the northern end of Pingluo County. It was built in the first year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty. It covers an area of ??4,200 square meters and is the largest in the northwest. Taoist temple. It is a national 3A-level scenic spot and a key cultural relic protection unit in the autonomous region. It is located at the intersection of North Street and Fumin Street in Pingluo County, Shizuishan City. It is the largest Taoist site in Ningxia and is known as a wonder of ancient architecture on the plains. It was built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, covering an area of ??36,000 square meters and a construction area of ??4,200 square meters.

Tianzhou Ancient Pagoda

Tianzhou Pagoda, commonly known as Yaofu Pagoda, is 20 kilometers away from Pingluo County. It stands among the willow trees one kilometer east of Yaofu Town. The tower is a flat hexagonal, eight-story pavilion-style brick tower, 38 meters high. The top of the tower is in the shape of a six-sided bucket. The diameter of the bottom of the tower is 7.5 meters. There are two doors in the north and south. There are couplets on the door walls. The calligraphy of the couplets is elegant and powerful. The confrontation is neat.

In hundreds of years, Tianzhou Ancient Pagoda has experienced more than a hundred earthquakes, large and small. It was later rebuilt during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1783). In 1980, the Pingluo County People's Government allocated funds for repairs. In 1985, it was designated as a key cultural relic protection unit again.

Shahu

Shahu Scenic Area is one of the first batch of 5A-level scenic spots in the country and one of the 35 trump card scenic spots in China.

It is located in Xidatan in Pingluo County, 56 kilometers northwest of Yinchuan City. On May 8, 2007, Shizuishan City's Shahu Tourist Attraction was officially approved by the National Tourism Administration as a national 5A-level tourist attraction.

Shahu Nature Reserve

It is located in the north of Yinchuan Plain in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, 56 kilometers away from Yinchuan City, with a total area of ??8.2 square kilometers and a desert area of ??12.7 square kilometers. The sand lake is dominated by natural landscape and is rich in resources. The six major scenery sources of "sand, water, reeds, birds, mountains and lotus" are organically combined to form a beautiful landscape.

Shizuizi Park

Shizuizi is located in Huinong District, Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. On the bank of the Yellow River stands a majestic boulder like a mouth, commonly known as Shizuizi. This is where the name of Shizuishan comes from.

Helan Mountain Rock Paintings

Helan Mountain Rock Paintings Rock paintings are images carved on rocks by the ancestors. They vividly record the production and living conditions of the ancestors. Since 1991, the Helan Mountain Rock Painting Investigation Team composed of the Autonomous Region Cultural Management Committee and the Ningxia Cultural Relics and Archeology Institute has discovered more than 300 rock paintings in various places in Helan Mountain in Shizuishan City. Among them, from May to July 1995, 24 groups and 105 colorful rock paintings painted with ocher mineral pigments were discovered in two places in Baijigou.

Most of the Helan Mountain petroglyphs in Shizuishan City are carved on black porphyry rocks. The largest picture is 2 meters wide and 1 meter high. The smallest one is 7cm wide and 4cm high. The themes are mostly animals and human figures, and many rock paintings are continuously carved on stone walls tens of meters long and 100 to 200 meters long, forming an ancient art gallery. The rock paintings include hunting, nomadic life, clothing, braids, and images of cattle, sheep, dogs, horses, camels, deer, rabbits, foxes, rhinos and other animals.
