Experiences of Chongqing’s Red Tour

Chongqing Red Tour Experience Chapter 1

On this Chongqing-Red Tour, we visited many places where the revolutionary martyrs once lived, such as Zhazi Cave and Hongyan Revolution Memorial Hall, Bai Mansion, Liberation Monument, etc. There was a sentence that kept popping up in my mind along the way, that is, "Revolution depends on self-consciousness."

Yes, such a simple five words as "revolution relies on self-consciousness" contain so many meanings, but what I deeply understand is the word "consciousness". The definition of self-consciousness in the dictionary is self-awareness, knowing something and taking the initiative to do it. Major events such as revolution, which will produce earth-shaking and fundamental changes, rely on consciousness. It is conceivable that you cannot rely on consciousness to do anything. For example, consciously develop good habits, consciously study hard, consciously abide by disciplines, consciously abide by moral norms, consciously... ;.In short, everything depends on consciousness.

If you want to manage people well just through some rules and regulations, it is impossible to manage society well. The most important thing is to rely on citizen consciousness. If citizens become more self-aware, do we still need so many rules to restrain us? Then this society will be much simpler. For example, when we went to Chongqing this time, we saw the mineral water vending point. It is a place that embodies the self-awareness of citizens. Sometimes one dollar is nothing at all, but just this dollar can reflect your personal awareness. Consciousness is a foundation for establishing mutual trust between people. Only when this foundation is solid can we move to a higher level. Then the quality of Chinese citizens will be greatly improved. We will no longer be laughed at by others and say that we have no quality, and our country can go further.

However, now Chinese society has become very powerful, and China is an emotional society. It is said that now is an era of fighting for fatherhood. We have become more and more materialistic and humane, so we have become I am becoming more and more unconscious. Therefore, here I call on everyone to be conscious, improve their self-awareness, start from now, start from the individual, start from the side, start from small things! Then sooner or later you will find its value! Experience of Chongqing Red Journey 2

On the eve of the __th anniversary of the founding of the party, I participated in the red tour organized by the Party Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Seismological Bureau and came to Chongqing and visited the famous Zhazi Cave and Bai Gongguan. Recalling the thrilling history during the War of Liberation, a time when sublimity and ugliness coexisted, we were deeply impressed. The revolutionary martyrs' firm communist beliefs and their heroic feats in fighting the enemy to the death have deeply infected us, and our hearts of reverence arise spontaneously. I am determined to learn from the martyrs and be a loyal guard of the party.

Baigongguan and Zhazi Cave are both located in Geleshan in Chongqing. This was the prison where Kuomintang agents detained and persecuted revolutionaries and progressives on the eve of liberation. Here, nearly three hundred revolutionaries were killed by Kuomintang agents, and only a dozen people survived. Back then, this place was surrounded by high walls and iron nets, and watchtowers and bunkers. Faced with the brutal power and torture of the Kuomintang agents, some people who were greedy for life and feared the death completely collapsed. They betrayed the revolution and their comrades and became shameful traitors. However, the revolutionary martyrs showed the great spirit of willing to die for their beliefs. The outstanding representatives among them, Martyrs Jiang Zhujun and Martyrs Xu Xiaoxuan, are so young and majestic in the photos. For their beliefs and ideals, they withstood all kinds of torture and inhuman torture, and died in the prime of their lives. But their integrity and spirit will always be recorded in history and their names will last forever. They are also the eternal role models and strength for us Communists.

In order to commemorate the martyrs and welcome the __th anniversary of the founding of the party, in front of the Zhazidong gate, we once again reviewed the oath of joining the party in front of the party flag with great excitement: I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China. , support the party's program, abide by the party's charter, fulfill the obligations of party members, implement the party's decisions, strictly abide by the party's disciplines, the secrets of the conservative party, be loyal to the party, work actively, fight for communism for life, and be ready to serve the party at any time Sacrifice everything for the people and never betray the party.

In today's peaceful era, although there are no more wars, the world situation is changing rapidly, and our party must not repeat the tragedy of peaceful evolution. Different eras have given our Communist Party members different responsibilities. As an earthquake worker, the pain of the May 12th earthquake cannot be forgotten to this day. Our career has a long way to go. We will work hard, continue to accumulate experience in monitoring and forecasting, and make our due contribution to earthquake prevention and disaster reduction. Experience of the Red Tour in Chongqing Part 3

This time, under the organization of the school party branch, we were fortunate to come to this mountain city-Chongqing. I am lucky not only because this is a beautiful mountain city with unique night views and profound civilization, but also because it is a city with a glorious revolutionary tradition and a high ground for admiration and admiration for our contemporary youth and contemporary Communist Party members. The city of heroes.

This ancient city with a long history of more than 3,000 years, the Bayu area centered on Chongqing is the birthplace of Bayu culture. This land has given birth to Chongqing’s long history.

The red culture of this city is very strong. When you step on this land, you can't help but think of Jiang Jie, Ye Ting, Zhang Xueliang, and the little carrot head Song Zhenzhong who admired us so much in our primary school textbooks. Their heroic deeds are all in our hearts. One by one appeared before my eyes.

Geleshan, such a beautiful name, a picturesque place. However, sixty years ago, this place was a ghastly hell on earth. Hundreds of handcuffed Communist Party members, revolutionaries, young students, women and even children were brutally tortured and massacred by Kuomintang military agents. Their blood dyed Zhazi Cave and Bai Gongguan on Gele Mountain red. When we vigorously raised our right hands in front of the Heroes Monument and reviewed the oath of joining the Party, our hearts were baptized and our beliefs were strengthened.

Zhazi Cave is a place that is not pleasant to begin with. Today, as you follow the winding and rugged mountain road into Zhazidong Prison, the former site of the Sino-US Cooperation Institute concentration camp, you will still see a scene of desolation. The courtyard is surrounded by watchful fortresses, hidden sentries, and barbed wire fences. The cells in the courtyard are dark, damp, and cold, and are only three meters square. There are about ten people living in each room, and the only ventilation in the room is the palm-sized window. Seeing groups of unfamiliar lists, seeing yellowed photos, the voice and smile of a revolutionary who would rather sit in jail than ever before appeared before his eyes. When we entered Zhazi Cave, each of us looked solemn, thinking about the terrifying atmosphere in the prison back then and feeling the strong revolutionary spirit of the revolutionaries who would rather die than surrender.

Just imagine what the environment was like in Zhazidong Prison back then: high-voltage barbed wire densely covered with spider webs on the high walls, enemy-like sentries on the watchtowers in the outer courtyard, and the dark holes facing everyone. The muzzle of the gun in the cell, the spy guards swimming around in the wind dam, the sound of whipping coming from the interrogation room from time to time, and the howling of the spies like wolves and tigers, can only remind people that this is a prison. The hell on earth is gloomy and terrifying. For the imprisoned revolutionaries, without a strong revolutionary will like steel, it is difficult to maintain high revolutionary fighting spirit and stick to the revolutionary position in such an environment.

After visiting Zhazi Cave, I felt extremely heavy. I thought about countless revolutionary martyrs who were imprisoned here and endured severe torture by the enemy for a long time, but they never wavered in their communist beliefs. Be rebellious, not depressed, and support themselves with firm communist beliefs. They firmly believe that the Chinese revolution will usher in the day of success. Their will is firmer than a rock. It is this belief and will that builds the impregnable spiritual united front of the Chinese revolution.

On the return bus, I looked up at this city infected by history, a city of heroes, a red city that gave birth to the great red rock spirit. The red rock soul is the soul of China and the soul of the nation. soul. Under the new historical conditions, we will take over the banner of our ancestors and make the revolutionary spirit pass on from generation to generation. I believe even more firmly that the city of red rock and the city of revolution will definitely become a high place of admiration in life. Chongqing Red Tour Experience Chapter 4

On November 17, under the unified organization of the company’s party committee, we were fortunate to come to the mountain city-Chongqing and Xiaoping’s hometown-Guang’an, Sichuan to start a four-year Red journey of the day.

The red trip to Chongqing and Guang’an left a deep impression on me and a strong spiritual shock. Along the way, whether it is Xiaoping's former residence, Bai Gongguan or Zhazi Cave, these historical monuments have engraved traces of the great people's struggle for New China. The on-site visit gave me the opportunity to learn a very profound party lesson, which made me I understand that today's happy life is the result of the bloody battles of great men and martyrs. As a party member, although there are no fireworks of war under the conditions of the new era, I still have the responsibility to serve the people. This trip to Chongqing and Guang'an, Sichuan gave me too much shock, too much emotion, and too much thinking.

Departing at 8:30 am on the 18th, after more than 3 hours’ drive, we arrived at Xiaoping’s hometown—Guang’an, Sichuan.

First of all, we came to the main entrance of Deng Xiaoping’s former residence, passed through the gardens donated by various departments, provinces, cities, and major enterprises in China and arrived at the Deng Xiaoping Bronze Statue Square. The square covers an area of ??26 acres and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. Such as seats. The bronze statue of Deng Xiaoping stands in the middle of about 5 acres of lawn. The bronze statue faces north and south. It is located in this green and quiet natural environment with towering ancient trees. It is both solemn and solemn, friendly and natural, giving people the feeling of going home. The bronze statue has an inscription by Jiang Zemin, and below it are the five characters "Bronze Statue of Deng Xiaoping". Moreover, we see that this bronze statue looks a bit like a clay sculpture, but it is actually not a clay sculpture. It mainly uses a method of hiding tide and turbidity, which embodies the rich connotation of "commoner Xiaoping".

Later, everyone visited the Exhibition Hall of Deng Xiaoping’s Former Residence. The exhibition hall has a construction area of ??3,800 square meters, and the name of the exhibition hall was inscribed by Comrade Jiang Zemin. From our right side, there are three green tiled sloping roofs, which symbolize Comrade Deng Xiaoping's extraordinary revolutionary history of "three rises and three falls". The entire building is arranged in a herringbone shape, from the slope to the monument, and then from the monument to the slope, implying that Comrade Xiaoping went from ordinary to great, and then from great to ordinary.

Moreover, the exhibition hall is also very particular about the selection of building materials, using flexible teak and hard granite. The combination of one strong and one soft reflects Comrade Xiaoping’s character of both strength and softness.

When you walk into the preface hall of the exhibition hall, you will see the relief sculpture "Peak" that is 16 meters high and 10 meters wide. The bronze statue of Deng Xiaoping is a copper relief, and the mountains and sea behind it are granite reliefs. The artistic conception it embodies is the profoundness of Xiaoping's theory and the infinite breadth of Deng Xiaoping's mind, such as the momentum of mountains and the vastness of the sea. On the stone walls on both sides, two breathtaking texts are hollowly carved. We also watched Xiaoping's documentary. Although the documentary was only eight minutes long, it showed Xiaoping's great life with magnificent momentum, magnificent scenes, and precious photo materials. Everyone followed the tour guide to visit three exhibition halls with six units: "Out of Guang'an", "Military Life", "Hard Exploration", "Extraordinary Years", "Creating Great Causes" and "Hello Xiaoping".

Finally, everyone came to the "Former Residence of Xiaoping" with feelings of remembrance. Comrade Xiaoping's former residence is located in Paifang Village, Xiexing Town, Guang'an District, Guang'an City, 7 kilometers away from the urban area. It is a farmhouse triple courtyard with a strong eastern Sichuan style. It is affectionately called "Deng's Old Courtyard" by the local people. Deng Xiaoping was born in the north wing of his former residence on August 22, 1904, and spent 15 years of his teenage years here. Xiaoping's former residence faces east and west, covering an area of ??833.4 square meters. There are 17 houses with white walls and black tiles, wooden pillars and stone foundations, and bluestone paving, full of rich Sichuan style.

Guang’an, Sichuan, is the hometown of Deng Xiaoping, the core of the second generation leadership collective of the party and the country. The whole city is full of explosive temperament. Comrade Xiaoping has never returned to his hometown since he left home at the age of 16. This is a great sentiment that he devotes wholeheartedly to the revolutionary cause of the people across the country. The Exhibition Hall of Comrade Xiaoping’s Life and Deeds is the central building of the entire memorial park. The undulating roof symbolizes Comrade Xiaoping’s three ups and downs in his political career. When we walked into the exhibition hall, we were faced with a full-length statue of Comrade Deng Xiaoping: he walked towards us calmly and leisurely, with mountains and rivers behind him. His body was shining with light, and the spirit of a proletarian revolutionary was clearly visible. The courtyard of the memorial garden is lined with trees and is beautifully planned and built on both sides. Green gardens are planted with plants of various sizes and are shaded by green bamboos. It is a red tourism site with beautiful scenery, rich customs, and is both educational and ornamental. Classic area.

On the morning of the 20th, our group came to Chongqing Geleshan, such a beautiful name and a picturesque place. However, more than sixty years ago, this place was a ghastly hell on earth. Hundreds of shackled Communist Party members, revolutionaries, young students, women and even children were brutally tortured and massacred by Kuomintang military agents. , their blood stained the Zhazi Cave on Gele Mountain red. On the eve of the 11.27 Holocaust Memorial Day, there was an endless stream of tourists from all over the country.

Following the winding and rugged mountain road into the former site of the Sino-US Cooperation Institute concentration camp - Zhazidong Prison and Bai Mansion, what you see before you is still a scene of desolation.

After visiting Zhazi Cave and Bai Gongguan, I felt extremely heavy. I thought about the countless revolutionary martyrs who were imprisoned here and endured the torture of the enemy for a long time, but they never wavered in their political integrity. They have strong communist beliefs, do not rebel or be depressed, and support themselves with firm communist beliefs. They firmly believe that the Chinese revolution will usher in the day of success. Their will is firmer than a rock. It is this belief and will that builds the impregnable spiritual united front of the Chinese revolution. To fight for the cause of communism for life is our firm ideal and belief as party members. No matter how difficult and painful the environment is, the lifelong belief in fighting for the cause of communism is our direct light in the dark night, and is our spiritual support and source of strength in the hardships. Although there were countless tortures in Zhazi Cave, and the spies could use all kinds of torture to torture our revolutionary martyrs, they could not erase the communist ideals and beliefs in the hearts of the martyrs.

This trip to Guang’an and Chongqing in Sichuan gave us too much shock, too much emotion and too much thinking. For a person, ideals and beliefs are very important. To fight for the cause of communism for life is our firm ideal and belief as party members. We must learn from the determination and heroism of the revolutionary martyrs, keep in mind the party's purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and fully exert the role of a party member in daily life so that the masses can affirm my role as a party member.

As a member of the Communist Party of China in the new era, think about the past of heroes and great men, and look back at the present. With such good conditions for study, life, and work, is there any reason not to go all out? As for work, we must actively devote ourselves to the development of the company with full enthusiasm and high spirit, and strictly demand ourselves as a Communist Party member. We must study hard in our work and life, practice it personally, and perform in ordinary positions in ordinary positions. Perform your duties conscientiously, work hard, and strive to be a good process and technology manager, stay on the job at all times, enhance your sense of responsibility and mission, and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Communist Party members.
