Thirdly, compared with cities in western developed countries, the scale of China's urban cultural industry is very weak. As mentioned earlier, in some western cities, the cultural industry has become the pillar industry of the city, and some global cultural enterprise groups have emerged. Fourthly, compared with some cities in developed countries, the cultural products provided by China's urban cultural industries can not fully meet the diverse cultural consumption needs of urban residents.
