According to the above responsibilities, the Provincial Tourism Bureau has 7 internal organs:

(1) Office (Finance Department)

Responsible for the daily operation of messages, meetings, confidential documents and other organs, and undertake information, security, letters and visits, government affairs disclosure and news propaganda; To undertake finance, state-owned assets management and internal audit, and coordinate and supervise the disbursement of special funds for tourism.

(2) Comprehensive Legal Department

To undertake the drafting of tourism laws, regulations and tourism development policies in the whole province; To draft important manuscripts and compile government information; To undertake the organization and implementation of tourism standardization in the whole province; Undertake holiday tourism and rural tourism related work; Responsible for the comprehensive coordination, supervision and management of tourism safety in the province, and guide and coordinate tourism emergency rescue work.

(3) Planning and Development Office

To formulate the province's tourism development strategy, planning and annual plan, and undertake the investigation, planning, development and related protection of tourism resources; Formulate national leisure tourism planning and undertake red tourism related work; Coordinate and guide the planning and construction of key tourist areas, tourist destinations and tourist holiday products in the province; Cooperate with relevant departments to prepare tourism project construction and investment plans; Guide the business work of tourist attractions and resorts in the province; Conduct tourism statistics.

(4) Tourism Promotion Office

Formulate the province's tourism market development strategy and organize international and domestic tourism image promotion activities; Guide the promotion of key tourism products and tourist routes in the province, and coordinate and organize major tourism festivals and tourism exhibitions; To undertake the exchanges and cooperation between the province and international tourism institutions and the cooperation and promotion of the domestic tourism market; Guide the tourism enterprises in this province to carry out independent outreach and market promotion.

(5) Quality Management Office

To implement the laws, regulations and quality standards of the state concerning travel agencies and tourist accommodation services; Supervise and manage the quality of tourism services and market order in the province, and guide the construction of tourism spiritual civilization and credit system; To undertake the quality evaluation and management of related tourist star hotels in the province; To undertake the examination and approval and supervision of the establishment of travel agencies in the province; To undertake the management of the entry and exit of tour groups and related personnel in this province; Undertake to supervise the implementation of liability insurance by travel agencies.

(6) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Tourism Office

Implement the national policies and regulations on tourism in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and formulate the tourism cooperation strategy between this province and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan; Organize and guide Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan tourism market promotion activities, and coordinate and arrange Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan tourism promotion business activities; To undertake travel to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and set up travel agencies to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in this province.

(7) Department of Personnel Education

To undertake the organizational setup and personnel management of organs and directly affiliated units; Guide the province's tourism training; Organize the implementation of professional qualification and grade examination certification of tourism professionals, and undertake the grading of vocational skills in the tourism industry; Guide and coordinate the training of tourism talents in tourism colleges (departments); To undertake the examination and approval of official visits abroad, training and other projects; To be responsible for the work of retired cadres in organs and guide the work of retired cadres in directly affiliated units.
