Can land transfer be used for tourism development?

Land transfer must not change the nature of land ownership and the agricultural use of the land. If it is used for tourism development, it needs to be approved by the relevant local government departments.

Article 33 The transfer of land contract management rights shall follow the following principles:

(1) Negotiation on an equal footing, voluntariness, and compensation, No organization or individual may force or hinder the contractor from transferring land contract management rights;

(2) The nature of land ownership and the agricultural use of the land may not be changed;

(3) Transfer The term shall not exceed the remaining period of the contract period;

(4) The transferee must have agricultural business capabilities;

(5) Under the same conditions, members of this collective economic organization shall enjoy priority.
