Matters needing attention in applying for passport

Those who illegally enter the country or reside in a foreign country and are repatriated shall have their passports revoked or confiscated, and their applications for going abroad shall be cancelled within the prescribed time limit;

Anyone who uses a passport to cheat in China will have his passport revoked or declared invalid.
