My classmates all proudly said that they had been to Beijing. After the summer vacation, my mother was also planning to take me on a four-day trip to Beijing.

As soon as the sun rose on the first morning, I got on the bus to Beijing with excitement. After more than five hours of travel, we finally arrived in Beijing. I saw the TV Tower, NetEase, Sohu, and many other high-rise buildings and places of interest through the car window. In the afternoon, the tour guide took us to the Summer Palace. The scenery of the Summer Palace is picturesque, and various ancient trees are like peacocks about to open their tails. It is extremely beautiful.

I got up at four o'clock the next day. Although I was very sleepy, the thought of climbing the Great Wall made me energetic, haha. I have always heard adults say, "You are not a hero unless you reach the Great Wall." Now I have become a hero, and I am excited and proud. Several of our classmates were running around in front, and the adults were panting from exhaustion.

On the third day, I got up earlier than yesterday. Guess what time it is? I got up at half past two. I was tired. The tour guide said that if we go late, we won’t be able to see the national flag being raised. Along the way I saw the solemn Great Hall of the People, the tall Monument to the People’s Heroes and Tiananmen Square. The flag-raising ceremony began. With the accompaniment of the national anthem, the five-star red flag was raised. The national anthem was sung three times. The five-star red flag was raised to the top without missing a minute or a second. At this time, the red on the horizon gradually turned into turned golden brown.

On the fourth day, which was also the last day of the tour, we went to the Science and Technology Museum. The Science and Technology Museum was crowded with people today. We stood in a long line and waited under the scorching sun. We were finally able to enter. We started to visit from the 4th floor. The giant watches were connected one by one with gears. What attracted me the most were the "talking" trees. As long as you put your ear close to the tree trunk, the big tree will tell you what is in your heart. Of course, these trees are all fake trees.
