How to go to Everest Base Camp from Lhasa?

The general timetable for going to the Everest Reserve is as follows:

Start from Lhasa in the morning (there are more opportunities to charter or carpool in Lhasa), passing through Shigatse and Lazi 318 National Highway for 5,000 kilometers Monument, stay in Tingri;

The next morning we will depart from Tingri and arrive at Rongbuk Monastery at noon for accommodation (the most classic place to watch Mount Everest, 8 kilometers away from the base camp) or tent area (seasonal tent set up by locals) The tent is 5 kilometers away from the base camp. I personally feel that it is not as effective as Rongbuk Temple for viewing Mount Everest).

On the morning of the third day, go to the tent area and transfer to a local minibus to the real base camp (except in winter, public vehicles are not allowed to enter). In the morning, you will return to Shigatse for accommodation (visit Tashilhunpo Monastery that day).

On the morning of the fourth day, we set off from Shigatse, passing through Gyantse (Zongshan, Baiju Temple), Manla Reservoir, Karola Glacier, Yanghu Lake, Qushui, and back to Lhasa.

The round trip from Lhasa to the Everest Reserve is more than 1,200 kilometers. The distance plus travel time is four days, which is the shortest.

I have been to the Everest Reserve twice, and I have some basis for this.
