As an operator of a tourism enterprise, what should you do based on Kotler’s stimulus-response model?

Consumer behavior model generally consists of three parts. The first part includes two types of stimuli: marketing stimuli within the enterprise and environmental stimuli outside the enterprise, which act on consumers simultaneously in order to attract their attention.

The second part includes two intermediary factors, the buyer's characteristics and the buyer's decision-making process, which process the stimuli received.

The result of processing is the buyer's reaction. This is the third part, which is the actual externalization of consumer purchasing behavior, including product selection, brand selection, etc. Consumers with different characteristics will have different processes of psychological activities. Through the consumer's decision-making process, they will lead to certain purchase decisions, which ultimately form the consumer's choice of products, brands, dealers, purchase timing, and purchase quantity.
