Have Ctrip and Qunar merged?

Merged.

On October 26, 2015, Ctrip announced that it had agreed to merge with Qunar. After the merger, Ctrip will own 45% of Qunar’s shares. The merger between Ctrip and Qunar will take the form of Baidu selling its shares in Qunar and then controlling Ctrip. Baidu will own 25% of Ctrip's shares.

After being acquired by Ctrip, Qunar officially launched its delisting plan on Nasdaq. On February 24, 2017, at a special shareholders meeting of the company, it voted to pass the previously agreed private offer. After the transaction is completed, Qunar will be officially delisted from Nasdaq.
