Yingzhou District, affiliated to Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located in the northwest of Anhui Province, north of the Huaihe River, and is the seat of the Fuyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. The total area is 616.3 square kilometers. As of March 2022, Yingzhou District has jurisdiction over 5 streets, 7 towns, 1 township, and 1 development zone. Yingzhou District People's Government is located at No. 129, Hezhong Road, Qinghe Street.

The terrain of Yingzhou District is flat and open, with crisscrossing rivers. Inner city rivers such as Dongqing River, Zhongqing River, and Xiqing River run through the city and flow into the Ying River. It is historically known as "Three Qing Dynasties Guan Ying".
