Hengdian is divided into several attractions, and you can buy a package ticket (but the only one worth going to is Dream Valley, tomorrow Qing Palace Garden, Qin Palace, Guangzhou Hong Kong Street), Xiangshan Film and Television City, there is nothing interesting to visit. Take the high-speed train from Hangzhou to Ningbo, and take the bus from Ningbo to Xiangshan. If you want to stay, you will be in the town where the film and television city is located. The total cost from Hengdian is about 600 to 700, and from Ningbo to Xiangshan is a few dozen less.
