Meet the conditions, reported to the higher party committee for examination, signed opinions and stamped with the official seal. Those who pass the examination at a higher level shall be submitted to the county party committee for examination. Qualified, by the organization department of the county party committee to the county public security bureau issued a notice to approve the passport to go abroad.

Third, apply for a passport

After handling the passport for party member who applied to go abroad, the county public security bureau will hand over the passport to the organization department of the county party committee or the party committee, and do a good job in the management of passport transfer registration.
