It is not difficult to explain why those subtropical cities have become holiday hotspots. For example, the proportion of people sheltering from the cold in the northeast of Sanya is very high, and the seasonal north-south convection in tourism real estate market also leads to the holiday demand in tourism real estate. It can be predicted that the development speed and maturity of the northern tourism and holiday market will still lag behind that of the south, and the gap will further widen.
