Bank of China Shanghai Personal Travel Guarantee Loan Issuance

Bank of China tourist deposit loan is in one of the following states. The Lender may transfer the loan amount agreed in this Contract to the deposit account (including current all-in-one account, debit card account and fixed account) opened by the Borrower in China Bank, and at the same time, the Lender shall freeze the loan funds and issue the deposit certificate and loan certificate (personal study abroad loan certificate).

1. If a letter of guarantee is adopted, it can only be issued after the lender receives and holds valid guarantee documents.

2. If real estate is used as mortgage, the lender can only issue the loan after obtaining the original mortgage registration certificate or receiving the mortgage receipt and examination and approval fee.

3. By means of pledge guarantee, the lender can only issue the loan after handling the freezing and storage procedures of the pledge.
